To check the load order, I only know two ways: 1- Nexus Mod Manager. 2- FOMM. You can also just have a character go to that DLC/area, open the console, and click on a door or other object and look at it's id. As long as it isn't something that is in the players inventory/character spawned, it shouldn't give you the ff.
